We reached out to Cullen Real Estate/Appraisal Company for appraisal of condo for estate taxes purpose.  We had a time crunch, and Jessica was very helpful, extremely efficient, very responsive, and very understanding about helping us meet our deadline. Tom came out to do the appraisal in a timely manner. He has an incredible amount of tact, very professional, and managed with grace and humor what could have been a very difficult situation imposed on him by the circumstances of the appraisal. Tom and Jessica kept to their deadline, did an excellent job, provided an accurate appraisal that reflected reality but was also very fair to the property, and were also cost effective, and I would 100% use them again if the need arose.
