This appraisal was completed during the beginning of Covid and everything was difficult to complete at the time. Tom came out and did the appraisal for us and his numbers held until the final sale more than 2 years later. Greatly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. Would definitely use again.

If you want an accurate and fair appraisal, this is where you should go! I got an appointment three days after I called and received the report in five business days. I couldn't be more satisfied. Quality wasn't sacrificed at all to meet this timeline. I highly recommend.
